The widow of the former mayor of Moscow, Yuri Luzhkov, Elena Baturina again became the richest woman in Russia according to Forbes. This is evidenced by the data of the Forbes Real-Time Billionaires rating.

Earlier, Tatyana Bakalchuk, the founder of the Wildberries online store, replaced her.

Currently, Baturina’s assets are estimated at $ 1.3 billion. Her capital has grown, as it is not associated with the ownership of any one company. It is also noted that the main assets of Baturina are located outside of Russia.

In February 2020, Bakalchuk’s fortune was estimated at $1.4 billion, and Baturina at $1.2 billion, RT reports. In 2019, the turnover of Wildeberries grew by 88% and amounted to 223.5 billion rubles.

Baturina is the founder of one of the largest development companies in Moscow (Inteko).
