Forbes named the world’s best employers

Forbes magazine has released a list of the 500 best employers in the world. The rating was based on the analysis of 2,000 large companies from 60 countries.

The first place in the list is occupied by the American holding company Alphabet Inc., which owns Google Corporation. The company is led by Google founders Sergey Brin and Larry Page. At the same time, the number of Alphabet employees is 72 thousand people. Second place is occupied by Microsoft with 124 thousand employees. It is followed by the Apple Corporation, which employs 123,000 people.

The top five also includes Walt Disney and Amazon. Of the Russian companies presented in the rating, the Moscow Exchange (117th place), Surgutneftegaz (167th place) and the United Aircraft Corporation (278th place).

The study reportedly analyzed more than 400,000 employer reviews.

Earlier, on September 27, Forbes analysts presented a rating of the largest private Russian companies. The leader of the list was the oil company Lukoil.
