Russian President Vladimir Putin topped the list. According to the publication, this happened automatically, because Putin took second place in the global ranking of the most influential people in the world according to the American Forbes.
In May, it became known that Putin, for the first time in five years, did not take the first line in the Forbes rating of the most influential people in the world. He was in second place, losing the lead to Chinese President Xi Jinping. US President Donald Trump also moved from second to third position.
