Gazprombank was included in the rating of the best Russian employers according to Forbes. In it, he is located on the third line. In addition, the bank topped the list of credit institutions mentioned by the editors of the magazine. The list was published on the website of the publication on November 19.

Since the beginning of the year, the bank has organized the placement of 21 issues of debt securities from Russia and Eastern Europe
The mathematical model of the rating is based on a study of the corporate life of the largest companies in Russia, which was conducted by Forbes journalists. They interviewed 3,000 people to uncover the perception of a “best employer” among Russians.
Thus, experts identified nine metrics by which employers were evaluated. In particular, they included salary, working conditions and social package. According to these indicators, Gazprombank became one of the leaders.
“Today, Gazprombank strives to provide a creative and interesting environment for its employees, which allows them to fully realize their abilities and, which is very important, maintain a high level of motivation. We believe that this is what allows us to show above-market business growth rates and leadership,” said Dmitry Zauers, Deputy Chairman of the Management Board.
In total, 50 companies were included in the Forbes employer rating. They also included Sberbank, VTB, Tinkoff Bank, Raiffeisenbank and others. The leader of the rating was Norilsk Nickel.
