German Chancellor Angela Merkel topped the list for the tenth year in a row. In second place is the head of the European Central Bank, Christine Lagarde, for the second year in a row. In third place is Kamala Harris, she should take the post of US vice president after the country is officially headed by Democratic candidate Joe Biden. Harris was on the list for the first time.
