The former head and founder of Alibaba, Jack Ma, once again topped the list of China’s richest billionaires, Forbes Russia reported on November 7.

The businessman’s fortune is estimated at $38.2 billion. Compared to last year’s rating, Jack Ma’s capital increased by $3.6 billion.
In second place is Ma Huateng, the founder of Tencent Holdings. His fortune is estimated at $36 billion (against $32.8 billion in October 2018).
Rounding out the top three was Hui Ka Yan, chairman and largest shareholder of China Evergrande Group, despite the fact that his fortune decreased, according to Forbes, from $30.8 billion in 2018 to $27.7 billion.
It is noted that in the March list of the world’s richest businessmen according to Forbes, Ma Huateng was ahead of Jack Ma – 20th place with a capital of $38.8 billion against 21st with a capital of $37.3 billion.
In September, Jack Ma officially resigned as chairman of Alibaba’s board of directors. Daniel Zhang became the new head of the council.
